I asked you a direct question. Are you telling me and this board that T Rowe price small cap market fund buys stocks that trade at .03. Are you backing down now? If I were you I sure would. The only reason I'm coming down so hard on you is because you like to think of yourself as some sort of guru sending people to your web page. I detest misinformation.
