Paul if we really want representation my suggestion is as follows:

(1) Draft a letter to our Novell Board stating (our) the small shareholder concerns and we want representation on the Board. We need to state many of our reasons why this is requested. We want to highlight the positive oppourtunities and also the negatives. Nominate Warren Buffet. All parties who want to sign it can.

(2) Copy Warren Buffet on letter.

(3) Copy investment administrator for AMERICAN EXPRESS FINL who I believe hold 17.5 million shares of Novell in their invetment account.

I believe Warren Buffet's company holds a large interest in AMERICAN EXPRESS and he would truly understand the concerns of the small investor. If we could get him behind us we may get some attention.

Perhaps Mr. Buffet could write a letter to our Novell Board turning down our request for his nomination BUT may help our cause.

Just a thought, a few letters and maybe A REAL BIG SURPRISE if Warren says YES!
