It's that time of the year again.....Quarterly Predictions are here.....

Call me crazy...call me an idiot....but here is my best attempt at predicting the profits for this beaten down gem.

1st things 1st.

We can take Berwynn and Fiscrip and throw them out the window....Letter of intent does not mean we can combine sales....oh well.

So let us look directly at CLCK's account. From Westergaard we heard talk of 800,000 accounts. I am sure not too many have been added...hopefully we did not lose any. But that being the case we take what know from historical data...an account is worth about $6 per quarter. That gives about $4.8 million in sales. I am sure Millinium card is neglible. So real earnings is about $4.8 million. Yipeeeee.

Expenses. This is the tough one to figure out. Last month it threw me. But ever determined and ever ignorant...I perservere. My best guess at expenses...is well...$2.6 million. I am expected moderated increase from last quarter.

That gives us a pre-tax profit of $2.2 million....yippeee
Taxes would account for $730,000....so net profit after taxes would be $1.5 million....

This gives about $.12/per share. Or $.20 for three quarters. With that in mind we are trading at 15 times our earnings for only the first three quarters. I expect much larger earnings in the 4th quarter due to Berwynn and Fiscrip (if the deal ever is completed) and Millinium healthcare. I am estimating $.20 for the 4th quarter and $.25 for the 1st quarter of '99.
With that in mind We are trading at 8 times our estimated '98 earnings...and 5 times our yearly earnings after the 1st quarter of next year. We are at a bargain basement level here....

These are just my opinions.
