I have heard from my Counterforce dealer that a key software guy and the Director of Software have resigned from the company. They have found better opportunities - one of them with a biometric company.

The Director is an insider with options that he is leaving behind. Could it be that he thinks they are without value?

Mytec redefined itself at the Annual Meeting as a "software company". Without sales, will they be able to recruit replacements of comparable ability? What effect will this have on new product release which is already behind schedule?

I'm not going to do any more Grecco bashing. That was based on gut feel and speculation. This is pure fact. Call them and check for yourself.

In my view this will cause a critical departure from the course they plotted at the Annual Meeting. I hope they issue a press release to clarify the situation for the investors.
