Scott & Everyone: I spoke with Dennis DeNoble today regarding the meeting with AZDEQ, He said the meeting went very well and that everyone walked away in an "optimistic frame of mind and they feel very positive that the situation is manageable given GPGI's current resources." (That's a rough quote). One possibility is a closed loop system in which the current discharges are recycled, but nothing definitive has yet been decided.

He could not tell me much more than that at this time, because they are reviewing the engineering possibilities as we were speaking. He said they would likely have a press release out probably by tomorrow which would give full details and their plans for meeting all environmental requirements in order to have the cease and desist order rescinded.

Regards,

Jeff
