Judy, Negatory on P&F giving an upward read on VTSS. Had a triangle in the making and broke downward, decisively breaking a double bottom. All the while being below the bearish resistance line. Today's activities will break another double bottom giving another sell signal. Unless you meant that P&F showed that VTSS was going down??? Tom Oh, I think VTSS had everything going for it according to P&F.
