Hi Steve, My initial investment in VTSS was at an unadjusted price of about $4.50 several years ago, so my perspective is a bit skewed! If the institutions were to abandon this stock, it could easily be purchased in the low teens. I don't see the big momentum players ditching out for any reason short of world disaster. Low $20's just happened (however briefly), so maybe even a price under $20 is possible near term. It's triple nuthouse day tomorrow, so anything can happen.
