I just dont know that many people that I consider excellent leaders that could pass this litmus test. Im not saying they exhibit Clintons behavior (although some do). For example to use something from the current headlines, the DOJ v Msft. I think every one of those guys is in effect lying to Hatch etc. White lies yes, but lies. For example unless Ellison says to Hatch.... we blew it at Oracle, we let msft come in and steal our market, we took our eye off the ball etc. then he is lying. He might even be lying under oath. Same for Dell. Dell will probably say to Hatch, "we were free to choose and we chose msft" - not true. He wasnt free to choose. But it worked out for Dell so its in his best interest not to put a leash on msft so he wont. Ill bet that msft/DOJ thing is full of liars. This is pure conjecture.
