I don't see much differentiation for DVD players vs PCs in the future - for home use, DVD player is a PC with DVD drive and all the other audio stuff built in/off loaded. Finally we'll see PC/TV making some sense 'cause they will have lots of common components (DVD, audio, net access, hard d for downloads, digital displays/HDTV etc.) instead of just two systems just thrown together like it seems to be right now.
