Sorry to burst your bubble Ann, but Clinton's legacy is spread all over the internet already. His will be the most studied presidency ever by sophomoric teenage boys as they get their private giggles over decades to come, reading the Starr report, for their US Gov't elective assignments in high schools across the nation.

Censure is in the mind of the beholder. It won't cut the muster now. There will be either resignation or an impeachment trial. Its my gut that some partisans see the target date of Jan 21st as being in their best interest for either results.
