Alex, I really that that part about a debt standstill. When do we get to call our banks and tell them we are going to put our home, car ,credit card, tuition loans on standstill but not to worry as they'll be hearing from us later when we think the time is right to start payments again?
Actually there is some merit to these ideas but we know you are not going to drag Germany into intentionally reflating their economy with their previous experience with hyperinflation and the possibility of jeopardizing the Eu. Japan is a basket case, still in denial that there is anything seriously wrong that just waiting a little longer won't fix. My sense is that most Americans have already heard enough about fixing the rest of the world with our money (excluding the current administration and senate) of course. Regards, Ron
