Jim OT "same old story, same old song and dance ..." I betcha' these lawyers are a part of the good ol' boys network. I was down there before King .. I made the mistake of takin' a liken' to a young lady whose mother was a good friend of the sheriff at that time .. Needless to say .. I left the state, countin' myself lucky to be alive. Seemed to be the closest thing to a police state in the USA. I might think the same thing today. Re 401k luck .. it's a pain. I've made trades before with it .. perfect timing, only to have the system take ~70% of the gain from the trade. As a matter of fact I need to wait for the snail mail confirmation as to the date and price I got into the bond fund. I've had those items change between the time the phone confirmation and the mail confirmation. To my disadvantage, of course. Gersh
