IMHO, that was the most overt statement ever made by Mory that they would let Lucent acquire them. Just saw the CNBC spot. Mory said that Lu could use Ascend technology and that Lu has access to the RBOCs. That's the first time I've ever heard him being that accommodative. Did anyone else get the same impression?
