For anyone who cares... I did a search for Kernaghan in EDGAR and found 2 other companies that they found funding for. And you guessed it. Floorless convertibles. And guess what the stock has done in the past year. EUGS - from $7.00 to a current price around $2.00 CCEE - from $6.00 to a current price around $1 5/8 I didn't spend a lot of time reading about the companies because all I was looking for was convertible debt. It's looks like if you follow Kernaghan you could have good time shorting stocks.
