The scoop on the margin thing. I finally got the right answer on the margin thing. The stock is marginable over 5. If you bought the stock over 5 on margin, the margin requirement is 30%. If the stock goes under 5 for 3 days in a row the margin requirement goes to 50%. If the stock goes under 3, you would get a call for the whole thing.
IMO, it's high time for a lot of calls to the P.R. department asking why news is being held back when the links on major deals are common-place and the stock is tanking!
