its a fact that they got fined for manipulation during options expiration you will have to dig up the story dont remember who it was...I think it was Morgan Stanley but I am not 100% sure.... I dont know how in the world people could think that manipulation doesnt happen in this big stakes game......it sets itself up for manipulation just because of the dollars involved.... but I guess you dont believe in the plunge protection team either
