dk: One final variable in this whole equation, has to be the class action suit in florida..they are seeking 500 BBBBillion..why does the street seem to ignore the consequences of a loss and a huge pay out...this certainly is on the order of the national settlement which served to drive the stock down to 35!!! What does the street seem to think will happen here or is the street just plain ignoring this looming huge lawsuit.
