Pilch, You are very arrogant! The issue is perjury about sex. Clinton's disclosed behavior in the Lewinsky matter tends to support his definition of sexual relations that he testified to in the Paula Jones deposition. Lewinsky's testimony is not sufficient as Lewinsky has demonstrated many conflicts of interest. There was a convoluted definition of sexual relations that he was responding to in his testimony. While he did not intend to disclose his involvement with Lewinsky, he also did not intend to perjure himself. He is only obliged to answer the questions not disclose all he knows. Therefore, I do not think that perjury can be proven in this case.. Nevertheless, he will be hung in public anyway for the his sex escapades. So finally it is about sex not perjury!
