ok thanks on the CNDS I first saw their company profiled in Forbes
June '98 ute dereg. issue. The Forbes article sited AES ENE and CNDS
and SO as pure deregulation investments. CNDS has a large amount of
debt-however, in a few years and some partnerships??? well who knows.
