Since I am fairly new to the BB stocks, I guess my idealism is 'unrealistic'. I too would be in favor of prosecuting to the full extent of the law if in fact we are or have been 'had'. However, if the attitude among those with power in this country (lawmakers) is not only 'buyer beware' but also, 'you gamble, you deserve to lose', then we must either play by those unfair rules, or takes steps to change the laws. I don't have enough motivation to try to change the laws, so by default am opting to learn the hard way how white collar criminals are allowed to get away scott-free time and again, if that is indeed how the so called 'game' is played. Where is the justice? Ted
