Here is my tip.

I have an urge to sell and shift around a bit. Now this historically means that whatever I sell, it will then rebound.

Kidding around, but this market is awful tough. If US stocks were not so strong with sound fundamentals, the market would be 5000.

P.S. Eagles are in worse shape than the market
