md1,
The street is watching the previous cases and settlements being overturned in federal court. The states sold cigarettes in prisons and in state buildings (shared guilt), the states have collected billions in taxes on tobacco already, The federal courts have ruled that no class exists in tobacco class actions, each case is separate and therefore the states must file millions of cases to be reinbursed for the medical expenses of millions of people. The Clinton Administration dropped the ball on tobacco because of other more pressing issues (except cigars). MO is fairly valued at $65 without tobacco. I added to my position on today's pull back.
