Rich: Opps, forgot about the 1/4 on the share authorization, and the insider shares. This is one reason as to why I don't recommend stocks anymore, cause if they fail, you lose your friends, or worse yet! They lose the trust that they had for you. Oh, by the way since I saw your name on the other dog that reversed on us which is (ISGI/TWTI), what do you think of that? Same action there, huh? Frank
