Mega kahuna alert. If the N225 takes out Sept 1 lows on big volume, we are looking at armageddon. Off the july high there is a definitive 5 wave count into the lows this month, then an abc rally, a drop (wave 1) recovery (wave 2) and yesterdays drop. If we take out the lows on big volume this means that this is wave 3 of this next selling wave down and we are in for some panic. Look at LYCOS. It is sitting on a perfectly formed symetrcal triangle with the focus of the triangle the base of an h&s pattern that basically points to zero, which is where most of these portal companies will end up -zip zero bk chapter 11. bb
