Dear Darrell,

Thanks for your response. I saw some information on an SEC filing that indicated CMND was being sued over the failure to register shares. CMND mentioned that if the suit was held against them, it could have a material effect on the Company. I was aware of the potential law suit by shareholders for CMND's sudden change in their business model. I was not aware of the former suit mentioned above.
