In the market meltdown (sorry correction) mutual fund companies often have more redemptions than new investments. This means that they have to sell stocks to meet the net redemptions.

These mutual fund managers are more apt to sell winners that they've been holding for a long time than they are to sell more recent purchases which have not demonstrated their win/loss potential.

This may explain the "price-action" on ATY. It certainly has been a winner over the past 2 or 3 years.
