Actually, the WebTV system is similar to what I want, except the hardware is poor (compared to my excellent modem and graphics card) and I would like to stay with my local ISP. I believe the WebTV system allows you to see who's calling on the voice line and "click over" to the voice line without disconnecting from the internet. Best wishes, I2
