Eric and George, I like Winspear and bought some few months ago. I noticed that Antler carries a discount and will wind up getting 2 1/2 shares of the new Winspear company. So I bought some Antler last month. Altho the gap has narrowed since, it is still cheaper to buy AEE than WSP as of yesterday's close. The closing bid for WSP is $2.91. Multiple this by 2.5 yields $7.275. The closing bid for AEE is $6.75. Prior to Dec. 19th meeting, the gap was about 90c. I am thinking of selling more WSP and buy the same number of equalivent shares of AEE back. Any comments? -KL
