I looked through all the individual filings for the last few days to see if the search tool was missing it somehow - no luck. Maybe they will file it tomorrow after 5pm to see if they can sneak it past. Those press releases today were a joke. Essentially three new towers - big news!! I remain surprised that there is no storm of worry over the late filing. Is there something we are missing that makes this okay? Good trading, Peter
