Morgy Dog, Strange article. Leave it to an economist to find some benefit from all the currency devaluation chaos. I guess the Brazilians should welcome their turn. I think that the author should have interviewed an Indonesian or Korean citizen and asked if a currency devaluation in a deflationary environment who lost 80% of their purchasing power had a positive experience. Afterall it helped slow down their economic growth to the point that they are now in recession or depression. Not to mention the benefits of hyperinflation. Terry,
