CQ could be attractive to any number of telecom
suitors, but I guess the rumored merger was not
so immanent after all. I suspect some suitors
are having second thoughts due to international
uncertainty. Why pay 160 percent of today's
CQ share price if there is strong likelihood of
another market pullback in response to international
developments? Still, the share price is hanging
up there nicely around 34, so who knows?
