Another few takes on the trade/price action:

Apart from what was mentioned in todays tradelist (which is a likely situation), and apart from possible MM shorting, there is also a couple of other possible ideas of what's going on.

I do hope our company is taking action investigating the trading.
We do know that the market is able to appreciate a higher price - We also know that for acquisitions we would like to have a higher price.

Following "paranoia-type / Dallas / Dynasty" backgrounds could, based on above, also be considered.

Scenario: Someone is working dedicated on keeping the price down.
This is not overwhelming expensive 10% of 1-2MM shares a day.
Buy at market or limit over the day and sell at market or even at a limit price at end of day.

Who could this someone be?:

1) Takeover object - working on getting as many shares as possible of ARET's in the deal. - Knowing that price will raise dramatically after the deal, hence after they stop the pricehandling action.
This scenario is considered illegal by law as it is based on insider information.

2) Company has got an enemy - Not wanting to see ARET succeed in mission. ARET is apart from working on becoming a profitable business, also working on improving the world of a minority group - As there's friends for such mission, there's certainly also enemies to such.
This scenario is actually not illegal by law - one is allowed to buy and sell with loss. It can only be considered illegal if it can be documented as a scheme to keep down the price.

This one is sensitive - I know - please do not fall over me for it, and please let's not start a big political discussion about it - Let's please keep the response within investing thinking. I say this because investors come from any political circle from the utter left to the utter right wing of the political scene, and this is not the forum to try to convince anyone into changing political view.
