It is shocking to find the company
granted 250,000 options (exercisable
@3.00 CDN, expires May 2000) a piece
to two directors. A total of 3+% of
the current shares outstanding!
Amazing, especially with the share price
languishing at this level. Looks
like the management is reallllllly
taking care of the shareholders.
