Rob What was " BOL made their announcement concerning RAYS" As to why OO keeps falling First I assume it is being sold for tax losses It was featured in one of the mags, FW I think as one of the big short picks for 97 with a target price of 8.00 People just don't think it will recover soon?? Portfolio managers are unloading before year end reporting? At some point this should become a screaming buy and I think that at some point it will run up fast. The questions are at what price to buy, when will it turn around, and what has to occur for this to happen? Do you or anyone else have any other thoughts on this?
