Crane / Rider Resources This is a company I know very little about. I do know progress thru 1997 was looked at in a favorable light. However, I know nothing of their situation regarding activity from the first of the year. If you are interested in the company for investment, make sure you touch base with them to learn more of their planned operations and financial situation thru 1998. This would amount to forecasted and exit production numbers (identify split between oil and gas) for 1998. Get a handle on their estimated cash flow per share for 1998 and can they support planned operational activity within cash flow - or will there be a need for additional funds. Identify their debt situation. Answers to these questions will provide you with a keener insight for further analysis of investment in the company. Sorry I couldn't offer more in terms of information.
