Tony I understand your frustration, the company remains an Integrator for 3T 4T systems (I called the company and found this out a while back) so your comment appears incorrect. Check the EDGARs filing or their home page. They only discontinued the R&D of head coils and Orthopedics and have the tax credits to use next year.

Both ANMR and MAMO have accomplished a lot in 96. Starting with FDA approval for the AURORA machine, the installation in TEXAs of one machine and the future installation of the second MRI machine in Boston which will add to their income stream among other things. Medical insurance (approved this year) will cover patients using the technology and data will be gathered to demonstrate the feasability of the machine to the medical community.

ANMR and MAMO use consultants like everyone else to reduce overhead, and if you are not totally disgruntled with the company for wathever reason, you would see some of these things.

MDI was and remains a succesful fast growing company, and the ingredients are there for a lot of good to come out of this. With 30 million shares outstanding negative spin isn't going to accomplish anything other than rub salt on investors wounds.... so get a grip or let it go already.

Making sausage is ugly and VENTURE sausage is even uglier that's all.
