Temp/anyone: I took a look at the CTE certification at ctinstitute.com Of course the "color glossy" makes it look very impressive but does anyone have any opinions as to the acceptance and value of this certification? I can see it now: "Two weeks ago I couldn't spell Computer Telephony Engineer and now I ARE one" gary
