Jim, Sorry, the fan went in my computer. I'm back though. I was out Christmas shopping all day yesterday and I wasn't watching the market. I have no idea about what happened there. I have to think that they were arranged trades though. There hasn't been that much stock on the bid in any one block. From past experience I say they are positioning someone. Hopefully it's their IR group. Last I heard from Russell was that they were hoping to get everything completed in early January and could exercise the option at that time. I still believe that it's a great buy right now and will move in January. I'm going back east for Christmas so Merry Christmas to everyone and see you in January. Merle
