You may want to clarify "Naked puts have the same risk features as covered calls."

I tend to think of naked puts as uncovered put writing or selling put naked - and this is definitely much much more riskier than covered calls because if the price decline dramatically one would be forced to be put or buy the underlying at a much higher price than market.

If you mean naked put as buying put, then the most one can lose is the money paid to buy the put
