Now look what I stumbled on; PHV, book value $8.63/share ($1,131,444,000) Negative - SOS 131,143,854 Positive- biz.yahoo.com Insiders bought 3,355,000 shares in August Negative - lost 0.56/share first 6 months Positive - Losses mainly due to writeoffs and acquisitions Negative - they are being sued by unhappy shareholders Worth watching closely. If there is sustained buying it might be time to get in. Thing must be getting close to the bottom
