Probably nothing, unless the judge is willing to use this information to order a re-evaluation of the value of the MMDS spectrum. then, ... EVERYONE SHOULD SEND A LETTER TO THE JUDGE ABOUT THE 2 WAY RULING ASAP AND ASK FOR THE SPECTRUM SPACE TO BE RE-VALUED. THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. "Should person buy more at this give away price?" Absolutely NOT. Right now, your shares will be extinguished. Don't throw money away. "This news came out after the market closed ,we may spike up 500% tomorrow?" Actually, the news came out much earlier, while the market was open. In addition, it was totally expected.
