The definition of Fair Value can be found here from Camp programtrading.com Or here from Mark Haines tradersdigest.com I don't use quote.com; I use BMI so I don't know how to get PREM on quote.com FV is something that changes every day, but you won't find a key to it on a service. BMI for example, provides FV determinations by Gary Rhea. Camp usually posts them for free on his site over here programtrading.com One thing that may give you PREM on quote.com is to put a "$" in front of it....best guess I can make. (Sorry if I have not completely answered your question, I'm a bit rushed as the market is about to open)
