You are either gracing us with more of your relentless hype , or lying with malicious intent.
Mr. Shurr acted as a broker/dealer for Wellrich between 2/97 & 5/97. Wellrich had inventory of AZNT stock which they got by demonstrating to AZNT that they had cash in an account to cover the inventory of stock. The cash was obtained by selling AZNT stock beforehand.
Mr. Shurr left in 5/97. At that time Wellrich hit official 'boiler-room' status. Yet, they, just recently, called AZNT shareholders to SELL the 144AZNT stock Mr. Shurr sold them. Mr. Marchese was using the stock to back his short. The stock reached the TA and was REJECTED!!!!
There was a little problem with the medallion signatures.

Ms. Shell, you fabricated the tale of an arbitrition hearing and judgement . Yesterday, finally, Mr. Mitchell admitted you were both wrong. I suggested to BEFORE you posted it PUBLICALLY that it was a bunch of lies. You posted it on the thread anyway, KNOWING IT WAS HYPE. Mr. Jihad not only ran from all questions about the fabricated stories of judgements and arbitration hearings, he also ran from all talk of Shur and Wellrich's role in dealing stock without a broker. Again I informed you that you were wrong, again you decide to HYPE, to post information KNOWING it was provided to you by the very same Wellrich Shills that left you hanging out to dry on the arbitration and judgement nonsense.
Not only were you and Mr. Mitchell spreading misinformation, KNOWINGLY, I told you privately to do more diligence, Mr. Mitchell calls my home and informs my wife that it is 'I' who was lying, 'I' being investigated by the SEC,'I' who is "involved with criminals" !! HOW DARE THE TWO OF YOU!!
Does terminally shorting AZNT mean this much to you? That you will continue to spread hype and misinformation? And, in Mr. Mitchell & Marchese's cases, invade my private life and threaten my wife that her husband is going to jail when it YOU , MR. MARCHESE, MR. MITCHELL who are the ones who should be fearing the law. If you have forgooten, the "criminals" had their day in court, they were served, now they must buy 4.4MM+ shares in the open market by SEpt. 30th OR GO TO JAIL, AND!! STILL HAVE TO COVER.
