Are you a shareholder?

Yes, lucky for me its not a large position. However I bought when the stock was above .60 so I'm pissed.

Yeah, the information concerning the financing is vague, but you nor I know the reason for that. It doesn't necessarily mean there is anything sinister involved. Many sources of funds desire to remain private.

I never implied anything sinister, but on the same hand shareholders deserve to know more information then "financing is in place" I wish I knew why they were so vague. If in fact the sources wish to remain private I respect that, and it should be stated as such. I see no reason at all that the amount could not be disclosed and the type of financing.

I agree with management and think that this stock's current price is not in line with the future value.

I agree too, but not with the reasoning for it. Short-selling conspiracy theories are pure BS. MM's can and do walk a stock down over time if there are a lack of BUYERS. Why are there no buyers? Because the PR sucks. My real fear is that the finacing is causing dilution which is why the stock is sinking. The management is most likely screwing us with convertible debt. Anyone have a recent share count?

I would like at least a realistic, professional press release from the company. Baring that I would rather them say nothing.
