For companies with beaten-down stocks, nothing seems right. Good news usually is interpreted as lie, no news is interpreted as no one is minding the store. This is quite typical react from investors/traders who have got burned big time. Just go back and see the posts in ASND when it's around low $20s. When all the negative news is out, there must be an intrinsic value for Ciena.
