[ Friends in Real Estate ] This information regarding people from LU purchasing personal property in the Portsmouth area has been circulating and is probably true. However it is a bit of a stretch to link it to a CS buyout as the more appropriate connection is probably to the opening of a new LU sales location in Northern Mass. a few miles away.
