Guesses on 686 sold. Fuchi, can you give me your best guess on the number of 686 sold this quarter? Hi / Lo values would be nice also. I would like to calculate the best and worst case earnings to be announced on 1/16/97. Based on last 10Q the ratio of goods sold and cost of goods sold leads me to believe Cyrix cost for 686 is around $70. Do you think this is a good estimate. I noticed at the last computer show the price of the 686 P150 was $140. They had been selling for as low as $114. This must be an indication of short supply.
