HI Ken and all,

If your having download problems like Monty was having, your ISP or the routing they use to get you to qp sites is the problem. If they are overloaded and trying to serve more than they have the ability to serve they start dropping data, hence the problem is that ISP service not QP.

I have had it both ways and dislike when it happens. When it does there is nothing I can do about MCI, SPRINT, or others routing of my signal except change ISP's to get better routing. Here I have two choices, ATT and MCI. My ISP uses MCI which I don't like, but he's a hard working provider, and I am loyal to him regardless of that fact.

If you regularly have successful first time downloads then you should have that from QP's site as well. If not then look at another ISP.
