Dell Computer has five construction projects planned in the works or planned for this year.
o North Austin -- a 300,000-square-foot manufacturing plant for powerful computers known as servers. (Note: the Parmer Lane Facility).
o Bray, Ireland -- a 100,000-square-foot sales and customer support center.
o Limerick, Ireland -- a 300,000-square-foot manufacturing plant.
o Xianmen, China -- a 135,000-square-foot facility for selling and making computers and for customer service.
o Round Rock -- two office buildings, 325,000 square feet (North of 350 acre campus) and 225,000-square-feet (East of Greenlawn Blvd and current buildings). |
