Marc: Let's talk vidoe tapes. One scenario I thought of which would be great for the markets after some transitional bumpiness is for the video to be so negative for Clinton that it pushes the Democrats over the edge and forces to make that trip up to the White House for a early retirement talk with Clinton. I want Congress to release as much information as possible as quickly as possible. Let's yank the band-aid off and get it over with instead of pulling it off in a slow and painful manner. The key to an easy resolution of this matter is in the response of the Democrats to the tape and other information as Clinton gives no outward "resignitus" (we need Truman for that one <G>) symptoms and the Republicans are playing the impeachment hearing hand at this point.
